Terms of Use

AllHearts lets you save clothes and brands you find online, keep them in collections, compare them, and share collections or comparisons with people you choose. AllHearts is free. We don't sell anything: when you buy, you buy from the brand, on the brand's own website, under the brand's own terms.

You sign in with Google, with Apple, or with an email account we created for you. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the menu in the app (see the Privacy Policy for what that removes).

• Product names, photos, descriptions and prices come from the brands' own websites. They belong to the brands; we show them so you can find and keep track of what you saved, and link back to the brand.
• Prices and stock are as we last saw them and can change at any time. The price you pay is the one on the brand's site when you buy. We can't promise that what we show is current or complete.
• We aren't a party to anything you buy, and we aren't responsible for the brand's products, delivery, returns or refunds.

What you save, write and share is yours. You let us store it and show it to you, and to the people you share a collection or comparison with, so the app can work.

In comments, collections and anything else you share, don't:

• harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone, or post hateful content;
• post sexual content, or anything illegal;
• post spam, scams or someone else's private information;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or use it to scrape other people's data.

Anyone can report a comment from the comment itself. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or delete accounts that keep breaking them. The owner of a shared collection can remove members from it.

We work to keep AllHearts running and accurate, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or suit any particular purpose. We may change or stop features, and we may end the service; if we do, we'll tell you in advance where we can.

To the extent the law allows, AllHearts isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from what you buy from a brand or from information the brand published. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are for the courts of India.
