Delete your account

In the app — immediate

Open the menu (your initial, top left), then Delete account, below Log out. You'll see what will be deleted before you confirm. Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account, your email address and your name.
• Everything you saved: products, brands, comparisons, notes, sizes, the links you shared into the app, and your compare links (they stop opening).
• Collections only you were in.
• Your notifications, devices and notification settings, and any feedback you sent.

What stays, without your name

• A collection you shared with other people passes to the person who joined it first, so they keep it.
• Things you added and comments you wrote in other people's collections stay there, shown as from “a former member”.
• Usage records (which screens were opened, when) stay in our counts but are no longer linked to you.

Can't open the app?

Ask us here and we'll delete the account that uses this email within 30 days, then confirm by email. You can also write to support@allhearts.app.
